AMERICAN SAMOA HYDROPONICS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Semi Puni and Moana Chang, both new farmers, are putting trays of seeded lettuce into a floating nursery. The trays float on-top of the nutrient rich solution to be supplied with all the nutrients they need to grow until they are ready to be transplanted out. (July 2016)

Packing take a huge amount of time, in terms of labor and is often overlooked by farmers. It is a chance to enhance the presentation of your produce to your customers.(July 2016)
